My 8 years of experience as a hormone specialist physician assistant, my personal journey navigating hormone imbalances and chronic illness, as well as the start of my holistic and metaphysical health practice have allowed me to help hundreds of women restore the health of their mind, body, and soul.

 

I’m so passionate about creating awareness around women’s energy, health, and empowerment because I’ve been where you are — busy AF, overwhelmed, lost, and frustrated feeling totally and completely failed by Western medicine and all of the contradictory misinformation available online.

 

I was doing everything “right” - taking my bioidentical hormone replacement medications and supplements, working out hard, and eating food that I thought was “healthy” yet I felt awful. 

I slept 8+ hours a night and woke up exhausted.
